JuryPanel handles the data the court gives you about jurors: names, demographics, occupations, addresses. It does not handle Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial information, or law-enforcement data subject to CJIS. The security posture below reflects that.

Where your data lives

JuryPanel runs on Google Cloud. Case data is stored in Firestore, encrypted at rest and in transit. Each office's data is isolated — your panel from last week is yours, and only your team can see it.

Who can access it

Access requires authentication. Inside your office, role-based permissions decide who sees which cases. Outside your office, no one — including JuryPanel — has read access to your case data without your explicit invitation.

What happens to your data

You own it. Export it any time as PDF or CSV. Delete a case and it is removed from your account immediately and from backups within thirty days.

Sign-in

Email and password, with the option to require two-factor authentication for your office. Single sign-on (SAML / Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra) is on the roadmap and prioritized by customer demand.

What we don't claim

JuryPanel is not currently SOC 2 audited, HIPAA-compliant, or CJIS-certified. Juror data does not require those certifications. If your office's procurement requires one, tell us — we will be honest about whether we meet that bar today.
